🌟 Provider Spotlight: Meet Mrs. Maranda Owner/Operator🌟
My childcare journey began in 2004 when I decided that I wanted to stay home with my son. Seeing how my cousin, Necole Glenn successfully ran her childcare business—and witnessing the love and care she gave my own child inspired me even more to take that step.
What began as a way to be present for my son soon became a calling much bigger than my own family.
For more than 22 years, I have poured my heart into caring for, teaching, and loving children. I have watched babies take their first steps, helped children prepare for school, celebrated milestones, comforted tears, and formed bonds that continued long after they left my care. I have seen many changes, faced challenges, learned countless lessons, and experienced so many beautiful moments throughout this journey.
I could not have made it this far alone. I am grateful for my husband, Mr. Paris, who supports my dreams and now works beside me; my children and family, who have sacrificed and shared me with so many little ones; my friends, who continue to encourage me; and my daycare families, who trust me with the people they love most.
I am also thankful for my community and everyone who has supported, recommended, encouraged, and prayed for It’s All About Me Home Daycare Center LLC. Every family who has walked through our doors has become part of our story.
This journey became more than simply staying home with my son it became my purpose, my ministry, and my legacy. After all these years, I am still learning, still growing, still advocating for children and childcare providers, and still giving this work my whole heart.
I am Mrs. Maranda—wife, mother, childcare provider, business owner, teacher, advocate, and woman of faith. This is more than a daycare to me. It is a place where children are loved, families are supported, and lifelong memories are made. 💕🙏🏽
