Your website down right now? If so, you're not alone. As of this post on Nov 18, a major Cloudflare service degradation is taking down large parts of the internet.

Even, If some of your favorite sites like ChatGPT is down, it's not just you. Cloudflare, a massive piece of the internet's infrastructure, is having some serious service degradation issues.

Think of Cloudflare as a major highway for a huge chunk of the internet. Right now, there's a problem on that highway, so a lot of traffic is backed up, leading to widespread "internal server errors".

Cloudflare has already identified the issue and are working on a fix, so things should start coming back online soon.

For those of us in tech, this is a stark reminder about single points of failure. Even the biggest companies can go down, and when they do, the effects ripple across the entire digital world.

It's a great example of why redundancy is so important and why relying on any single provider is a risk.

I'm thrilled to share my third real estate project, which has been a fantastic learning experience and a testament to the power of knowledge in real estate investing.

This property came through a wholesaler who ran out of his buyer's list. I bought this gem of a property just 10 minutes from downtown Charlotte, securing it for $80,000.

The catch? It had serious foundational issues, something that perhaps deterred many investors. But here's where the magic happens – thanks to my previous project, where I tackled a major foundation fix, I was ready and equipped to take on this challenge without a second thought.
