It’s been a bit since I’ve introduced myself!
My name is Tirzah Caffee and I am a legacy venue owner, coach, and speaker. This is my 31st year in the wedding industry!!! Eek!!!

My great grandmother was a wedding florist and passed her love for weddings on to my mom. I grew up in a wedding venue and had a pretty crazy childhood being surrounded by all things weddings. I’ve managed/produced well over 2,000 weddings in my career.😳

I get a lot of questions about my name, so here you have it.
“how do you pronounce that?”
Teer-zuh

“where did that come from?”
It’s a Hebrew name from the Bible. Tirzah was the daughter of a man that had no sons to inherit his land, so she became one of the first female land owners. Pretty cool, right?!

“What does it mean?”
It means pleasant or beautiful.♥️

Ok, so what do I do as a venue coach?

My passion is building long term relationships and focus solely on 1 on 1 coaching. Many coaches focus on group coaching, but that is not my jam at this time. It means I have to be pretty picky about who I accept as a client, but when I do choose to work with you, great things happen!!
