Today was truly one for the books! Our very own superintendent, Dr. Hill, visited our school and spent time with our amazing fifth-grade scholars. She was blown away by the incredible learning taking place in Ms. Gillard’s and Ms. Croker’s classes!

Dr. Hill and members of the Board also toured our beautiful school garden, where fruits and vegetables are lovingly planted and cared for by our scholars.

What a wonderful visit filled with great energy and excitement, the perfect way to begin an amazing school year! 💙🧡📚🌱

What an AMAZING first day for our scholars! 💙🧡

Our scholars received an unforgettable welcome from IlluminateUNCC, members of the Divine Nine and various student organizations from UNC Charlotte!

IlluminateUNCC and The Kappas of the Zeta Delta Chapter returned once again to pour into our school community, greeting our scholars with open arms and wishing them a wonderful and successful school year.

We were also honored to welcome the Omegas and the incredible women of Collegiate 100, all from UNC Charlotte.

They greeted our scholars as they arrived through carpool, while others welcomed them at the bus lot. Their smiles, encouraging words, and enthusiastic energy made our scholars feel celebrated from the moment they arrived!

Thank you for showing our scholars that their community believes in them and is cheering them on. What a beautiful way to begin the school year! 🍎📚✨

Our kindergarten families had a “popsicle-perfect” time meeting Principal Bryant on the playground! 🍧💙🧡 Parents connected with one another while our newest scholars met their classmates, played, laughed, and began building new friendships. What a sweet way to kick off an amazing school year! ✨

Today was such a special day for our school! We kicked off the day at Topgolf, where our teachers and grade-level teams had the opportunity to bond, strengthen relationships, and simply have fun together.

This wonderful team-building experience would not have been possible without the generosity of our amazing sponsors. As we prepare to welcome our scholars back to school, we are incredibly grateful for the generosity and partnership of Elevation Church! 💙📚

Their team blessed our school community by donating snack bags and filling backpacks with school supplies to help ensure our scholars begin the school year equipped and encouraged. Partnerships like these remind us that it truly takes a village to invest in the success of our children.
