It’s new year and it’s time to create different dreams for yourself if you need to.
If the dreams you had came crashing down then make new ones!
Make them just for yourself.
Fill yourself up for a change.
Meet your own needs for a change.
Show up for you, even if you’re totally afraid; I know I am.
I can’t keep crying any more. I can’t feel hopeless any longer. My kids need me, my grandkids need me, and most of all God needs me to fulfill whatever my purpose is on this earth.
I created this vision board and I’m going to put it up where it can remind me each and every day that life is what I make of it.
Here’s to 2026 and only looking ahead instead of looking back at the past.
If even the birds rejoice in the storm then so can I.
I think whatever behavior we tolerate from others, we encourage.

Yessss
A warrior may not win every battle but a warrior never stops fighting.
You’re not “boring.” Maybe it’s that’s you just have standards!
There is more to life than increasing it’s speed ~ Gandhi
God tests, the enemy tempts.
Coaching Tip #5.
Turn self-criticism into self-coaching
When you catch yourself thinking something harsh, ask:
"If a friend said this about themselves, what would I say back?"
Then give that advice to yourself.
Instant compassion shift.
Coaching tip # 4 to change your negative thinking habits:
Use the "3 wins" habit.
Each evening, write down three small wins from the day.
Not big achievements - tiny ones count:
• I responded calmly
• I drank water
• I took a break
This rewires your brain for progress, not perfection.
*Coaching tip #3 for mind shift:
Try to Practice the 60-second reset.
Set a timer for one minute.
For 60 seconds, breathe slowly and ask:
"What's one thing going right today?"
This trains your brain to notice the positive, not just the problems.
