Another show in the books. Bugsy went to his 2nd show. Maddie and Liza both rode him and he did much better! Was calmer and now we just have to find his right bend. Hadley did amazing on sassy and got a 77&78 in training level for high score of the day! Pinky decided the trailer ride was too much and was off in her right hind. We scratched a class and then Isabel hopped on sassy to do an awesome training test 2 to get reserve high point! Puca was incredible and did the best he has done. We even got a comment of great gaits on the test :) can't wait for next year.
Great job team!!!

Sunday this past weekend was horse show day!! We had an incredible day at middlebrook. Bugsy went to his first show ever and was very good. He may have been eliminated for leaving the dressage ring in one test but he didn't mean to. He just goes where his head points hahaha
Puca went and did a couple tests. He was so much better this show although still doesn't understand why we run around a ring when the trail is way more exciting.
Sassy and pinky did great with their riders Constance and Isabel. Constance really nailed her tests and concentration this time around. Got two solid 70's on both tests. Way to keep it consistent. Then Isabel nailed it with pinky. Usually at this show she likes to throw in ninja kicks because the footing is deeper. But Isabel kept her together and was able to get 2nd and 4th with great scores on our little spicy thoroughbred!!

Way to go team!!

Saturday was a very filled fun day with some added chaos in the mix.
We went to shoreham for a beautiful self guided trail ride at quiet valley with green mountain hounds. It was the perfect weather.
Then on our ride home we got to meet the Addison fire department. My wheel bearing decided to blow off. All was ok. I was going to just take the tire and limp home but due to a very worried citizen the fire dept was called. We sat around for an hour until Kaitlyn post could come save us and transport the horses. (Thank you Kaitlyn for saving the day!!!) trailer is being fixed now.
Then we had a birthday party for one of pur riders, gala! She had an awesome time and all her friends got to have a ride on sassy.

In the end all was well. But woah what a day!
