Automotive Teacher Needed!
Independence High School is currently seeking a teacher for our Automotive program. This is a great opportunity for someone who has been in the field and is ready for a change or is recently retired and wants to share their passion for working on cars. Independence High School had a visit with one of our partners Kale Hallman from Brothers Masonry to learn about one of the many opportunities available to them in construction. They also got to handle a trowel, spread some mortar, and how to lay brick.

We have the kids, they have the jobs. It's that simple.

These blinds were built by my high school carpentry class and I need them gone to make room for this year's projects. I have over $800 in materials in each blind. Deeview widows =$250, LP Siding = $350, etc. We built some a few years back and they sold like hotcakes, but unfortunately, the blind market isn't the same as it was. There are five remaining blinds and all reasonable offers will be considered.

These blinds were built to be disassembled and easily fit on a 5x8 trailer so transporting them to the woods is an easy task. These blinds are located in the carpentry shop at Independence High School (Charlotte/Mint Hill) and payment is due at pickup. Zelle or Venmo only because I cannot handle cash due to financial transparency issues.

- 7' x 7'
- 4 Deerview windows
-LP primed siding
-Lockable door
- Metal roofing

Please help support the Independence High School Carpentry program by purchasing a project that was built by our students.

We have five 7 ft x 7 ft blinds available. The blinds feature Deer View windows, LP smartside siding, a fully functioning door, pressure treated floor joist, 3/4" subfloor, and metal roofing. The blinds were built in a way where they can be disassembled for transport and then reassembled in the field.

The blind does not include any framing to elevate the blind. The blinds will need to be painted to the color of your choice. The picture of the assembled blind is an example of what a fully assembled, painted, and elevated blind could look like.

The cost is $1,000. I will accept Venmo or Zelle as payment methods. Sorry, no cash or checks.
