I am a Grief Empowerment Coach and I help people live their life with purpose after a major loss.

Grief is a lifelong process.

My grief shows up when I am sad, happy, lonely, discouraged, it can basically hit me at any moment.

Having the tools to regulate myself when that grief wave hits has been my top priority and it is what I do with my clients.

Doing the work is not easy, but it’s always worth it.

You have my permission to be as sad as you want to for as long as you need to.

My Mom will be gone 25 years on Sunday. I am still sad. I still miss her. That feeling will never go away.

Stop wasting time feeling stuck. Take action. Seek support. Empower yourself to live the life you desire.

Life is hard. Grief is hard. There is no doubt about that.

Everything you need is inside of you. Let me help you find it. 🖤

Can we normalize letting our emotions be instead of trying to cover them up??

If you are sad, be sad.
If you are angry, be angry.
If you are happy, be happy.
If you are frustrated, be frustrated.

The only reason you feel like you need to cover it up is because of your beliefs. You might think, oh I can’t be sad even though I really miss my Mom right now because it will make everyone else sad around me.

You are human. You are causing more harm than good trying to mask your emotions. Chances are you will feel so much better once you work through those heavy emotions.

Give yourself a break this holiday season and just be you. You are incredible.

The first step in healing is strengthening the relationship you have with yourself. 🖤

Let me be clear. Early grief is different than long term grief. In early grief, you are absolutely in survival mode. Your whole world got turned upside down. Loss is really hard.

BUT at some point, you are going to want to get out of survival mode. You are going to want to feel like yourself again. You are going to want to live your life with purpose.

You just need to BELIEVE that can be true.

From one grief warrior to another, I believe in you. 🖤

Work with me.

What has your pain taught you?

My pain from losing my Dad suddenly, taught me how to live. Like actually LIVE. It taught me not to be afraid to speak up and be my true self. It taught me not to let a day go by without doing something that brings me joy.

It took a longgggggg time to understand that lesson but I have evolved into a much more grounded person.

Share in the comments or DM, what has your pain taught you?
