Hello Friends of the Arts! The Choir program is taking their annual competition trip, and this year we are going to Chicago! We will be competing at Music in the Parks and taking in all of the wonders of Chicago, including a White Sox game, a performance by the Blue Man Group, a trip to the Navy Pier, a day at Six Flags Great America, and of course a little shopping and deep dish pizza!

We are coming up a little short of our fundraising goal for the trip, so we are looking to make up the difference to make sure all of our students can experience this wonderful opportunity! If you would like to donate to our program, you can send it to our Performing Arts Venmo or contact Mr. Richards to donate by cash or check! We are also hoping to do a road block in White Bluff as soon as possible and will keep you posted when that will be. You may even get to hear some competition songs while you’re stopped!

Two more chances to see this amazing musical! We could not be more proud of everyone’s hard work and dedication!! The cast of Shrek has earned nominations in 7 different categories of the Spotlight Awards. The 2023 Spotlight Awards Ceremony acknowledges outstanding achievement, growth, and artistry in high school musical theatre and provides an opportunity for students to share their art with each other. TPAC’s Spotlight Program and Award Ceremony is a regional program of the National High School Musical Theatre Awards, or Jimmy Awards®. Don’t miss out! See you at the show!

We are looking for local vendors to set up tables in the Commons for a couple hours before/after the performance so that people coming to see the concert...
