Our schoolwide goal is to reach a 95% attendance rate before the week ends. We need every single student in class every day to help us hit this target! 🎯
Here is what you need to know for the rest of the week:
📝 EOG Testing is Still in Session!
Please make sure your child is on time and present each day until the last day of school to ensure they are able to take their EOG.
🍔 Friday Attendance Matters for Eagle Eats!
This Friday is the critical cutoff day! Showing up on Friday is exactly how your student gets their name entered into our final Eagle Eats raffle of the year. Don’t miss out on the quality time and bragging rights!

A massive round of applause goes out to our 3rd, 4th, and 5th-grade scholars for showing up focused, determined, and ready to take their EOGs today. We are incredibly proud of your hard work and dedication! 🧠💪

We want every single 3rd-5th student here to take their math assessment. Testing in a familiar classroom alongside their own teacher and peers reduces stress and boosts confidence. Plus, being here tomorrow means they won’t have to miss regular class later for make-up testing!

“The hay is in the barn”! All their hard work and preparation for our 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students and the WSES staff is completed & now we shift our focus to “locking in” on these EOG Assessments the next few days. What remains is our kids executing and “showing what they know”. Today we celebrated our 3/4/5 students with a EOG Parade and PK/K/1/2 & staff showed their support with signs, cheers, dancing, and pompoms! Even had the Marching Eagles perform and lead the 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders up and down the hallways! The energy was contagious! Now students; get a good night sleep, eat a good breakfast, get to school on time, and the rest will take care of itself. You’re ready! We believe in you! Let’s roll!
