This is two months of progression. On the left is right before I moved March 12- to yesterday I’m literally the same weight. I’ve been about 200-195 but the reason I’m saying this is to say “not all your progress will show on the scale” don’t discourage yourself because you feel like it hasn’t shown you anything. The most important this is the determination & consistency through those thing you will a greater sense of duty.
