This is a reminder that Preschool Parent Night will begin at 6:00 PM tonight in the KZone. This will be a time for parents to hear from our leadership team about important school policies, procedures, and what to expect in the year ahead.
 
Please enter through the main church office doors, the same entrance used for late arrivals and early pickups.  Please note that Parent Night is geared toward parents and guardians, and we will not have activities for students during this event.

Parent Night is an opportunity for elementary families to hear from our leadership team about important school policies, procedures, and what to expect in the year ahead. Our goal is to help you feel informed, prepared, and connected as we begin a new school year.

Please note: Parent Night is for parents and guardians, and we will not have activities available for students.

Parent Night is separate from Meet the Teacher. Elementary Meet the Teacher appointments will take place Tuesday, August 11, with teachers reaching out to schedule your appointment.

What a beautiful kickoff to elementary teacher training last week! This year, our staff theme is “Rooted” - rooting ourselves deeply in Christ so that we can pour His love, truth, and grace more abundantly into our students, families, and those around us.

Thank you, Kim Burdick, for such an encouraging message and reminder of where our roots need to be. We’re refreshed, ready, and excited for the first day of elementary school on Wednesday!

We’re excited to bring fresh ideas and renewed passion into our classrooms this year, helping students grow academically while seeing every subject through the lens of God’s truth.

☀️ Summer Camp at Good Shepherd Christian School is almost here!
 
Each week is packed with fun, energy, and meaningful moments your kids will love: hands-on art, exciting science experiments, outdoor play, and high-energy large group time filled with worship, dancing, and Bible stories.
 
Our camp is designed for kids ages 3 (potty trained) through rising 6th grade, and we are offering multiple week options in June.

This morning in chapel, we learned all about Palm Sunday, celebrating the day Jesus entered Jerusalem and was welcomed with praise. Our students had so much fun making their own palm branches and shouting “Hosanna, hosanna, yay Jesus!”

Such a sweet reminder of joy, worship, and preparing our hearts for Easter.
