Reading teachers & parents often get it wrong by trying to force students to learn instead of learning from THEM. 🚨

The biggest mistake you can make with a struggling reader is FORCING them to read.

My model of tutoring focuses on student learning. I don’t chase, beg or pump a kid to work during our session, I build relationship and keep learning student- centered🌱

🪧👋🏾Before you sign up for that trendy reading subscription, ask yourself: do you know what your child is missing? Do you know how to give it to them? Stop spending time and energy on a problem you cannot solve🌱 it’s important that you find someone to help your reader!
