Does anyone else relate with not knowing how much pressure you put on yourself until you feel it fading away?
I feel like I hear people talk about the pressures of normal life not un frequently and it’s something I know intuitively but it’s not until I actually step away from regular life and focus fully on what really matters that I understand how much pressure I put on myself.
This tiny girl and the rest of my family are my life. I am so thankful for them.
