Join us for the Grand Opening of the Chosen 1 Training Performance Center Saturday August 26th at 10AM!
Bring yourself or a plus 1! A parent, siblings, significant other, and friends are all welcome.
This class will be a HIIT style session, targeting core, strength, cardio, agility, balance, and total body fat loss.
