What to look for to avoid chemicals
I should add plastic bottle of oil- and who doesn’t wish Costco would sell their olive oil in glass that we would bring them back ???so I transfer the oil into glass bottles .

What did you learn from that? I had not idea about black plastic and water bottles having plastic through the screw top either !

DIY fermented yogurt:

- you make better yogurt that ferment longer, I e they have more bacteria
- you feed your kids yogurt in their daily life instead of relying on pills
- you chose what you make your yogurt with ie half and half or A2 milk or if my miracle you find it, A2 half and half . A2 dairy is less inflammatory than common dairy from cows ( A1), animals aren’t as big and so far, fed better.

- You keep immune system strong and thereby away fall diseases and stomach bugs ( we had may be 2 in 7 years! )
