OUR FOUNDER:

"CLT Girls Pact was created by myself, Erin Smith, a former elementary school teacher. I became a teacher because I wanted to make a difference in this world. I wanted to put knowledge, confidence, and opportunity in my students' lives. But once I got into the classroom, I felt that something was missing in education. As teachers, we taught our students skills and strategies for math, reading, history, and science, but completely looked past teaching children real life skills that would help them navigate life outside of school. With this gap in education, I left the field to create CLT Girls Pact....."

PRICING:

Pricing for CLT Girls Pact is held at a competitive rate based on other programs and after-school care. Program cost includes rental fees, all materials, a Girls Pact workbook, monthly parent resources, and employee pay. The program cost also includes a donation towards our scholarship program.

For some, pricing can be an issue. At CLT Girls Pact, we strive to accommodate to everyone. That is why we accept monthly payment for those who can't pay our program fee upfront. We hope to make our program accessible to all girls as we believe that every girl deserves to feel confident, beautiful, and loved.

CLT Girls Pact consists of three different programs; Elementary, Middle, and High. These programs were created in order to provide girls with age-appropriate lessons and activities. ABOUT CLT GIRLS PACT:

CLT Girls Pact is an after-school program that teaches young girls in our community valuable social and emotional skills that will help guide them through the difficult situations that girls face in today's society. Through important lessons and hands-on activities, your daughter will gain confidence, determination, friendships, knowledge, and skill sets necessary to live a happy, healthy life. With the help of CLT Girls Pact, your daughter will be able to face anything that might get in her way.

We can all agree that growing up as a girl is tough. At a young age, girls begin to notice their differences between themselves and their peers, they begin to hear and see what a standard "beautiful" girl looks like from the media, and they start to notice that girls are treated differently from boys. I started an all girls program to create an environment for girls to not only build their self-confidence but to also support each other to find their confidence too. With a positive, adult role-model and a supportive community filled with girls their own age, your daughter will grow into a human you are proud of and a human they are proud to be. A human who is confident, kind, responsible, respectful, supportive, brave, and happy.
