Instructor and I are often asked by interested female participants about the level of undress and feeling comfortable at our CYNA nud3 yoga class…every participants comfort in this space is our top priority -

Feeling a little nervous is to be expected if this is your first time participating in a naturist event, but you have absolutely nothing to worry about! Most people forget they’re naked after 5-10 minutes of class time.

Participants are welcome to ease their way into un******ng if you are not immediately comfortable being nud3 in class.

Additionally women and transgender individuals may wear bottoms to class as well as any other gender affirming items.
