Dirt To Dining University

What happens when you combine true love and skill together? Dirt to Dining a course. What did you think I was talking about when I mentioned true love. The idea came about when I started a community garden in the town my husband and I live in. While my gardeners had limited experience, they also were in need of some direction when it came to cooking, hence Dirt to Dining.

My BS in Agricultural Education from Purdue and my husband's formal training as a chef provided the right skill set. We combined our talents so that the gardeners' experienced success in the garden and kitchen.

Now, as the New Year is starting, we are revamping our gardening and cooking approach so stay tuned to learn more about the new Dirt to Dining University.
