🍎 Food is Medicine Program πŸ₯¦
Want to learn how healthy eating can help prevent or manage diabetes and heart disease? Join this FREE program featuring nutrition education, cooking demos, healthy food boxes, recipes, incentive items, labs, and more to help you address your own personal health barriers!

Food is Medicine is a 12 week course held on Wednesdays starting August 19th and ending on November 4th. The first and last session will be at Baptist Health Floyd from 4PM-6PM for labs while the remaining, bulk of the program will be held at the Purdue Polytechnic Building in New Albany from 10:30AM-12PM (noon).

Registration is required and participants will be asked to complete an eligibility survey!

Next Friday, Purdue Entomology will be at Lapping Park for *Insects in a New Light* β€” a free after-dark experience where visitors can watch nighttime insects gather at blacklight stations.

Purdue Entomology has created an iNaturalist project so visitors can record and share the insects they see during the event!
