🚨❤️💙 **TODAY’S THE DAY, PANTHERS!** 💙❤️🚨

During our Title 1 + PTO Meeting tonight at 6pm, we’re FINALLY pulling back the curtain and revealing something we’ve been SO excited about…

🔬⚙️💡 THE GRAND OPENING OF OUR BRAND NEW VW e-LAB! 💡⚙️🔬

This space is all about giving our students more opportunities to create, build, experiment, problem-solve and DREAM BIG. 🧠🚀

Come to the Title 1 + PTO meeting and be one of the FIRST to see the new lab!

We’ve been keeping this one under wraps… and we cannot WAIT for our Panther families to see what’s behind those doors! 🐾❤️💙

See y’all there!

We are incredibly grateful to Volkswagen Group of America and Public Education Forward for their investment in our students and for making this opportunity possible. This innovative space will expand opportunities for our students to create, design, problem-solve, and explore real-world learning experiences while enhancing our existing STEAM program.
Charleston Elementary STEAM Academy is one of three new VW eLabs opening in Bradley County Schools (Charleston STEAM Academy, Ocoee Middle School, and Bradley Central High School). Public Education Forward (PEF) is leading the development and implementation of the labs, connecting Bradley County students to a national network that includes 61 VW eLabs in Hamilton County and 11 in the greater Detroit, MI, region.

Each new VW eLab will also be registered as an official FabLab, meeting the criteria established by the Fab Foundation at MIT and connecting our students to a global community of makers and innovators.

We can’t wait to see what our students imagine, design, and create!

08/24/2026

Parents and/or Guardians, don’t forget Tomorrow is the time to come find out all about our school and how you can get involved! We have two meetings, with the grand opening of our VW ELab at 6:00PM! The meetings will take place in the auditorium! We hope to you guys tomorrow!
