Cellar Experience

Cellar Experience strives to make the world of wine accessible to everyone through a number of wine classes and experiences for all wine lovers.

Cellar Experience was founded to make the world of wine accessible to everyone. Cellar Experience's founder always loved wine, but was not sure how to share that love with others. Cellar Experience is here to do just that in an environment that feels like walking into someone's home, comfortable and welcoming. Wine is the most unique of agricultural products: It combines history, geography, geology, science and art into a single bottle. It brings people together and adds a romanticism to every occasion. Our classes are scheduled throughout the week and we are also open additional hours for you to stop by, have a glass of wine, find some bottles to take home and learn more about Cellar Experience. Check out the calendar on the website and be sure to make a reservation as Cellar Experience is intentionally a small, intimate setting, so seats are limited! And, don't forget you can also enjoy your own Cellar Experience by appointment outside our regular business hours and we are always thrilled to help create a special event for you.

Wine for the Holidays

[11/03/17]   Friday Fun Fact: The Romans began adding lead to their wine to improve its texture and to add sweetness. Rampant lead poisoning is believed to be one of the factors in Rome's decline.

[10/27/17]   Friday Fun Fact: Halloween's tradition of trick-or-treating probably arose as an adaptation of England's distribution of "soul cakes" to the needy in exchange for their promise to pray for the givers' relatives on All Souls' Day, which tradition was preferred by the church over the prior practice of leaving food and wine for the spirits.

Great event tonight with @casswines co-founder, Ted Plemons! #wine via ripl.com
