Week 2 is officially underway, and we're diving head first into Infection Control, one of the most important chapters in our program.

No matter how talented you are, protecting yourself and your clients always comes first. Infection control is the foundation of every service we perform. It helps prevent the spread of disease, creates a safe environment, builds trust with clients, and reflects the professionalism every esthetician should have.

It's a lot of information to learn, but we have no doubt this class is going to rise to the challenge. Every chapter builds on the last, and this one lays the groundwork for successful, safe careers. Let's do this! 🖤✨

Week one is officially complete, and what a great start it's been! We hit the ground running by exploring the many career opportunities within the esthetics industry while building the foundation every successful esthetician needs.

This week we focused on the importance of soft skills, effective communication, maintaining a professional image, and practicing strong ethics in an industry that isn't always known for kindness. Technical skills are important, but character and professionalism are what set you apart.

We are so proud of every student for showing up with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. We can't wait to see how much this class grows over the next six months. Here's to an amazing semester ahead! 💙

Day 1: "I don't wear SPF, I use the tanning bed, and I exfoliate every night." 😅

By graduation: "Did you reapply your SPF today? That barrier is crying!" 😂✨

Watching our students go from accidental skin sabotage to educating clients on healthy, science-backed skincare is one of the best parts of educating our students. We don't just teach facials. We teach how to protect, preserve, and care for the skin for a lifetime. 💛☀️

Graduation day came and went. It was such an exciting milestone. Over the last six months, this class became so much more than a group of students. They laughed together, learned together, stressed together, and celebrated every win along the way. Somewhere in the middle of it all, they became a family.

Saying goodbye to their daily routine wasn't easy. We are so grateful for the memories, the friendships, and the time they shared. ❤️

Our July Esthetics class is officially FULL, and we couldn't be more excited!

With that being said, we are always accepting applications. Our next class begins in January. I know that may seem far away, but trust me, it will be here before you know it!

If you've been waiting for a sign to start a career in esthetics, this is it. Our program is 600 hours, which can be completed in about 6 months. We follow the Kanawha County school schedule, and classes are held Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
