The EIU cheerleading squad performs at all home football and basketball games, select away football games, the OVC basketball tournament, events on campus, and various events in the community. EIU cheerleaders are not only athletes, but they also serve as ambassadors on campus. In addition to supporting all athletic teams at EIU, the cheerleading program provides individuals a platform of athleticism, leadership, and scholarship.
