We had a lovely Grandparents/Special Friend Day at CCS. It was a beautiful day starting with Mass followed by a reception and performances. We hope everyone had a nice time.

7th Grade had an MUSC Service Project during Lent. They created cards, brought in goodies and treats for Easter baskets, and made Inspiration Eggs for a special patient at MUSC. So proud of our Saints! ⚜️
The CCS Concert Band provided music for people walking on King St. this weekend. They did a great job!! GO SAINTS! ⚜️🎶

Grades 3-8 had a presentation on Internet Safety this week. Ms. Rush, Education Coordinator from SC Attorney General’s Office, came to speak to our students.

CCS alumnus Major Cadet Mason (class of 2019) and his classmate Grant, spoke to our students about the JROTC program. It’s so nice to see our former student doing so well.

Our 5th to 8th graders had the great opportunity to have a poetry talk/workshop with Charleston’s first Poet Laureate Marcus Amaker. Thank you Marcus Amaker for visiting our school.
Our first field trip to the Gaillard Center was a success and a lot of fun! Students enjoyed a show that explained various scientific principles. Thank you to our parent drivers and teachers! GO SAINTS!🪄⚜️
Our Senior girls and boys basketball team went to Myrtle Beach to play in the Diocese Basketball Tournament. Senior boys won the bronze bracket and senior girls got 4th place in the gold bracket. GO SAINTS! ⚜️🏀
