To all the ladies looking forward to going Greek in the fall:
The women of Sigma Kappa acknowledge that 2020 has not been easy for anyone. We hope you are staying strong and healthy during this tough time. The EIU Panhellenic Council has been working tirelessly to make sure that this coming semester will be seamless for you all. We love getting to see what our alumnae are up to. This week the spot light is on 🌟Brianna Barajas🌟 here’s what’s she is up to... “Since graduating from EIU, I started teaching 7th Grade Honors ELA in Bolingbrook. I am blessed with incredible students who work hard each and every day in my classroom! In addition, I will soon be coaching a club volleyball team within the community! I am SO thankful for Sigma Kappa for providing me with multiple opportunities to strengthen my leadership skills. “I’m Lauren! I graduated from EIU in 2018 and am now on the Illinois Senate’s communication staff where I write and conduct media outreach for the Democratic Caucus. Without my years in Sigma Kappa, I wouldn’t have the leadership and personable skills needed to excel in the hectic world of politics. Dove love!!!! 💜”
