Did you know our 4T program happens in Mississippi too?

Congratulations to the 11 seniors from New Albany and Union County High Schools who made history as the inaugural graduating class of Toyota Mississippi's 4T Academy! 🎓🎉

Made possible through a $2 million investment from Toyota, the program bridges classroom learning and hands-on experience in advanced manufacturing. Students developed valuable skills in teamwork, problem-solving, and collaboration while working alongside industry professionals and gaining real-world experience on the production floor.

Based at the New Albany School District's Center for Innovation, the 4T Academy is helping prepare the next generation of skilled professionals through practical training, technology, and career-focused learning.

With conditional full-time job offers already in hand, these graduates are stepping confidently into the future. Congratulations to this trailblazing class and best wishes on the exciting journey ahead! 🚀

Our Summer Internship Program is officially underway! 🎉

This week, we welcomed a new cohort of high school interns in Wheeling and Lewisburg as they begin gaining valuable, hands-on experience with employers across West Virginia, including AEP and Oglebay.

These internships provide students with meaningful real-world learning opportunities while helping build strong partnerships with employers that will create even more opportunities for future students.
