With the same situation as above, have the parent release the ball over player’s head and shoot on goal before the third bounce.

Lastly, Parent holds the ball anywhere 5-10 yds in front of the goal. When parent points at the player, the player runs toward the parent. The parent rolls the ball on the ground at the oncoming player’s feet. The player must spread his legs to allow the ball to pass, then turn and shoot. See how many goals they can score in 2 minutes!

The kids ages 2 and Up will have a ton of fun experience something new, fun, active and exciting this summer!

Happy Feet is a new and exciting preschool fitness program that uses songs, stories, nursery rhymes and fun games to introduce soccer to students as young as 2 years old! By using their imaginations, children get the chance to take their soccer ball, Bob the Bobcat, on adventures to the zoo, the movies, or even an enchanted castle!

Songs that are familiar to them, such as “Happy and You Know It” are used to make learning soccer skills an enjoyable experience that they look forward to each week! It’s guaranteed to be a blast!

HappyFeet Legends League at St. Andrews Park is ON today, August 2nd.

Please have the kids bring both cleats and tennis shoes, in case we need to use the gym (NO cleats on gym floor).

We will try to play outdoors today, but if the field is too wet by our start time at 3:45pm, we will go indoors and play in the gym near the parking lot by Optimist Field. (Across the street from Volunteer field.)

We are looking forward to getting the kids out and having fun today!
