Thank you Coach Allie McGee! You truly have set the standard at First Baptist with 8 State Titles in 5 years. You will be missed more than you know. Your strength and dedication is amazing and an excellent example for your program and all FBS Student Athletes.

“I’m so thankful that my daughter had the opportunity to be coached by Allie McGee. She has been a blessing to First Baptist! She took a group of quiet, shy girls and made them strong, confident and determined. She made them believe a team of small, inexperienced, young cheerleaders could win a State Title. And they did.... eight times. But it is the lessons she taught along the way that will be remembered by these girls, lessons of dedication, focus, persistence, sportsmanship, sisterhood and to be team-oriented. I marveled at how Allie could teach all day, then spend the rest of the evening in the gym with “her girls” practicing routines.
She bedazzled hangers for uniforms, attached inspirational messages to treats, choreographed routines and even did the competition hair and make up for them when they were squirmy middle schoolers. I am so grateful to all her coaches for being such amazing role models. Thank you McEachern Hendricks Thompson, Sarah Rodelsperger Rickman and Allie McGee.”

Ages: Rising K-4 to rising 7th grade

Session 1:
May 23-24
12:00pm -3:00pm
$35 per child

Session 2:
May 28- May 31
9:00am- 3:00pm
$115 per child

FBS Basketball Camp:
Ages: rising 5th to rising 12th

June 3- June 7 $125

Attention Parents & Students,

The First Baptist Varsity Athletic Banquet will be held Friday, May 17th at 6:00 pm at the First Baptist James Island Campus inside the main gym. This banquet will recognize all varsity teams from this school year.

Doors and buffet lines open at 6:00pm and the program begins at 6:30.

Catering will be provided by Apple Spice. Tickets will be sold at the door for any one who is not a FBS student-athlete for $15 per person. Varsity student-athletes and coaches are free of charge. Attire is Sunday dress (tie for boys, dress of appropriate length for girls).

The banquet is presented by the Hurricane Association. HA memberships will be available for one night only at a discounted price, which includes entry into all 2019-2020 regular season home games. HA offers 5 types of memberships to meet your family's needs. Please send any questions to [email protected]
