The sky as sunset approaches in the west. As we watch NASA is attempting to hit an Astroid 7 million miles from earth with a satellite the size of a refrigerator, in a test to prepare for deflecting an astroid from a path to hit the earth.

Received notice that classmate P*e Wee Jones has passed away.

Dear fellow CCHS students from 1960, Shirley Jones Calhoun wrote to say her younger brother P*e Wee passed away in his sleep a couple nights ago, Which in itself was terrible shocking. But his middle son, died in similar circumstances 2 years ago, a sadness from which the family hadn’t truely recovered from yet. They live in Los Angeles, California, and Shirley and Cal live in the Washington, D C. Area. P*eWee was a year behind us, and a great ball player, well liked by everyone.
