Due to inclement weather, we have decided to cancel today's planned walk to Ft. Sumter. We will notify you if we decide to reschedule.

Did you know that you can walk from James Island to Ft. Sumter? You can! Come join us on Tuesday, June 16. We will meet at 3pm at DNR at 217 Ft. Johnson Rd. The walk is about one mile each way, and you will have to walk through waist deep water for about two minutes, but the rest of the walk is dry. We will plan to go to dinner as a group after the walk. If you plan to come, or have any questions, please comment below and we will send you more details. Not many people can say that they have walked to Ft. Sumter, so come join us!
