College of Charleston Student Film Festival

Don't forget! The annual Student Film Festival is THIS SATURDAY from 3 to 6 p.m. in ECTR 118! Come out and see the work of your talented peers!!

ANNOUNCEMENT: Our annual Student Film Festival will be held April 9th from 3 to 6 p.m. in ECTR 118.

Film submissions are due April 1st and should be sent via email to [email protected]. Remember, we do accept submissions made from phones, so you can use Vine, Snap Chat, or any other social media platform to put your film together.

Also, shout out to Joshua Mulvaney for putting together one of our lovely poster designs for the festival!

Thanks to everyone who came out to the festival! There were some awesome films by some talented students. We want to thank our discussion panel, Rodney Lee Rogers, Laura Verbeke, and Justin Robinson for coming out and giving the audience some industry advice for aspiring filmmakers. If you'd like to submit a film next year, start planning now!

The time has come, people. Take a break from slaving away on school work, and join us this Saturday at 3:30 in the Education Center to enjoy the works of your talented peers!

Hello College of Charleston student filmmakers! The 2015 CofC Student Film Festival is around the corner! Start sending in submissions to the Film Club at [email protected] as a YouTube or Vimeo link.

The event will be held in the Education Center Room 118 at 25 St. Philip St. downtown, and the time of the festival is April 25 from 3:30 to 6:30.

There will be film screenings, a panel discussion with industry professionals, and an award ceremony in which the top two filmmakers will receive prizes including but not limited to editing software!

Come out and support your fellow College creatives! Email the Film Club with any questions.
