CCSD’s 4th Annual Serving the Unhoused Community Event is happening Saturday, August 8, from 11:00 AM–2:00 PM at the North Charleston Convention Center.

This free community event will feature:

🚗 A refurbished vehicle giveaway for a deserving family

⏰ School Hours Reminder ⏰

As we get ready for an amazing school year, here are a few important times to remember:

🕖 7:00 AM – School doors open
🔔 7:25 AM – Tardy bell rings
📢 2:15 PM – Dismissal announcements begin
🎒 2:25 PM – Dismissal bell

Important Reminder: Students arriving after 7:25 AM must be accompanied into the front office by an adult to receive a tardy pass.

We know one of the most exciting parts of summer is finding out who your child's teacher will be! 🍎

�Pay your $30 Student Activity Fee by July 31st to receive early access to your child's teacher assignment.

Families who have not paid by July 31st will receive their child's teacher assignment no later than Thursday, August 6th.

• Last Names A–L: 4:00–5:00 PM
• Last Names M–Z: 5:30–6:30 PM

During your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to:

🎒 Drop off your school supplies

A few important reminders:
🎒 Every student needs a backpack (no wheeled backpacks, please).
👟 All students should have athletic shoes for P.E. and recess.
