Cuts of beef from @saadwholesale Chuck, rib steak, ribeye, New York strip 2 c jasmine rice 4 c water 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp salt Begin by placing all your ingredients into a pots and allow your rice mixture to come to a boil reduce the heat to medium low, cover and simmer till all the liquid is absorbed. About 15-20 allow rice to rest for at least 10 to 15 minutes. Pan seared steak in butter for approximately one minute on each side. 2-3 tbsp butter 1 lb Mushrooms 1 chopped onion 2 garlic cloves 2-3 tbsp flour 2 c beef broth Salt and pepper for flavor. In the same pan as your steaks set your steaks aside as you prepare the gravy. Melt butter and brown onions then sauté in your mushrooms cook for about five minutes, add in flour and mustard. Slowly mix in the beef or chicken broth or you can use water with chicken bouillon cubes or beef bouillon cubes. Simmer add salt and pepper for flavor then add your steak pieces and allow to simmer for about 3 to 5 minutes or till your steak is cooked to perfection.
