No, Classical Conversations is not the low-cost homeschooling option. And there’s a reason for that: if we were, we wouldn’t be able to offer the highest quality classical education, trained weekly Tutors, income opportunities for parents, streamlined transcript tools, college credit, extracurricular connections and discounts, and even advanced degree programs for parents.

America turns 250 this year, and the story is still worth telling. Classical Conversations invites your Essentials student to tell it.

All 2026-2027 Essentials students are eligible to enter the Essentials Essay Contest, a writing competition honoring the ideals and events that shaped this nation. Encourage your student to reflect, write, and submit.

Three winners will each receive a $250 prize and have their essay published.

Submissions open July 4 and close September 17 (Constitution Day).

You spent years building something real alongside your student. The iron-sharpening-iron community. The classical conversations. The Christ-centered formation. And then Challenge IV graduation comes — and something fundamental goes quiet.
