A historical pilgrimage yesterday at the University of Maine, the past home of the late Dr. Ignacio Galbis from 1966-1976, the previous Executive Secretary-Treasurer of our Society from 1976-1997. At the U of Maine, Galbis served as Editor of our journal _Entre Nosotros_ and had the foresight to store in Fogler Library (pictured) some of the only remaining issues of the journal that were invaluable for Del Mastro’s 2020 history book: _Sigma Delta Pi: Rediscovering a Century_. Those rare issues are currently kept by U of Maine’s special collections. U of Maine was also home to Galbis’ predecessor: Stuart M. Gross. For further details, see Del Mastro’s book available for purchase at Sigma Delta Pi’s national website: www.sigmadeltapi.org.
