The Growing Place

The Growing Place The Growing Place offers preschool for twos, threes and fours. We are a collaborative site for WV Pre-K for children who are four before July 1.

We are open 7:45 - 5:30 with early drop-off and after care services available for all ages. The Growing Place is dedicated to the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of each child. Activities are designed using the Creative Curriculum model with the goal of nurturing self-confidence, independence, and creativity. The Growing Place uses a child-centered approach allowing each chi

ld to discover and learn at his or her own pace. Caring, experienced teachers facilitate learning through creative play and age-appropriate activities that engage, empower, and encourage early learning and development.

Due to low temperatures and poor road conditions in the morning, The Growing Place will have a delayed opening.

Early drop-off (normally beginning at 6:15 a.m.) will not be available. We will begin accepting children at 7:45 a.m.
