Good afternoon parents, the CWC will remain closed thru 05/1/2020. We do apologize for the inconvenience during these trying times. We will continue to follow the recommendations of our local & state government in order to make the best decisions concerning our kids & staff, but we are also looking into ways to safely serve our community. I will be contacting families in the next week to gather information. I will continue to update you via the Remind text message system & Facebook. Please stay safe families.
A message from Evelyn Ash Turner:
The CDC is now recommending the American public wear a face covering when they go out in public.
Authorities do not want masks to give you a false sense of protection. They say they will not protect you from getting COVID-19, but they will keep you from spreading it if you do have it but happen to be asymptomatic.
COVID-19 is believed to be spread through droplets in the air from mucus or saliva. The face covering creates a barrier, lessening exposure if you sneeze or cough.
Here is a quick and easy way to make your own face covering by Dr Jerome Adams, U.S. Surgeon General
Be safe and take care of yourself.
