The first day of school at Meeting Street Academy was the beginning of a powerful, transformative journey. With the launch of our 2025-26 school year theme, “All In," students and staff are committing to excellence in both academics and character.
Principals Shavawn Davis-Milford and Tamil Goodson stood before a gym full of world changers, barrier breakers, and history makers and asked: “Who’s going to be all in?” Every hand in the gym went up with confidence. The moment was simple, but it spoke volumes.
Teachers and leaders say the theme is more than words on a banner. It represents high expectations & limitless possibilities, a refusal to accept mediocrity, and a focus on building strong minds and strong character. On Day 1, we didn't just start school. We declared: We are all in. Go owls! 💚
