Senior traditions have begun! After this week's bonding trip, the senior class took their rightful place in Shell House on Friday, their home away from home this year. The historic Shell House, once an exotic bird aviary at the turn of the 20th century, has been the senior lounge for many, many years. Have a great year, Class of 2025!

Kicking off the weekend of graduation festivities, a beautiful Baccalaureate service began the proceedings for our esteemed senior class. 🤍

🌟 Witness the magic of Early School students as they guided parents, family, and special guests through captivating Joyful Journeys on campus! 💫

From diving into the wonders of water at the Marden Pool to unleashing creativity with loose parts and embracing nature, each class's journey encapsulates a year's worth of curiosity and learning! ✨

Yesterday was a special day on campus with the announcement of the 2024 Daisy Barron Leland Award for Teaching Excellence. This esteemed award, dedicated to the legacy of Daisy Barron Leland, a revered educator at Ashely Hall renowned for her expertise in mathematics, celebrates outstanding teaching in mathematics, science, or the integration of technology in the classroom. Heartfelt congratulations are extended to this year's deserving recipient of the Daisy Barron Leland Award, Upper School Science Teacher Allison Bowden.

Last week, we witnessed a year's worth of hard work and excitement at our kindergartner's Maypole performance! 🌸✨

It's a cherished tradition at Ashley Hall, filled with delightful string performances and dancing around the Maypole, marking the arrival of spring in style.

Did you know that a 7:45 a.m. every Tuesday morning, second graders get to work – before they even step foot in the classroom? As members of the Green Team, the second grade is responsible for the task keeping Pardue Hall on top of their recycling game ♻️

Last week, the Class of 2024 made quite the splash on campus! 🌊

The class took turns climbing a massive waterslide nestled in the heart of Senior Lawn before taking the thrilling slide straight down. Faculty, staff and even Dr. Weston joined in on the waterslide fun. What a way to create unforgettable memories as our seniors near the end of their journey at Ashley Hall 💜🤍

Faculty and Staff were treated to El Jefe for lunch and Cookie Kaleidoscope for dessert to finish out our week long Teacher Appreciation Week celebrations. A huge PQV to our entire Faculty and Staff who's year long hard work and dedication for our students does not go unnoticed 💜🤍

esterday, our students in grade five embarked on a thrilling voyage as they put their diligent efforts to the test, navigating their crafted boats across Colonial Lake! Throughout the school year, in collaboration with Lowcountry Maritime Society students have meticulously built their own fleet of wooden vessels, enhancing their skills in STEAM.
