That’s 210 student athletes in grades 5 through 12! And a special PQV to the Lower School’s Marathon Club!

The Art of Science: National Physics Photo Contest Finalist | Ashley Hall

Congratulations to Annika Kernen ’20, whose surfing photograph “Making Waves” was named a finalist in the American Association of Physics Teachers - AAPT National Physics Photo Contest! Taken last spring as part of Upper School faculty member Lillian Apple’s Physics class, the photo perfectly combines scientific discovery with artistic expression. There's Nothing Like a Sister | Ashley Hall

One of the most fun and treasured traditions at Ashley Hall is the Big Sister-Little Sister program, created to encourage friendships and build relationships among different grade levels. Each fall, sixth graders and their big sister seniors are paired with kindergartners, and new students are paired with big or little sisters in their respective grades. The girls share adventures and fun projects throughout the year, and what is particularly meaningful is that the girls are usually paired for the duration of their time at Ashley Hall. The resulting bonds of friendship can last a lifetime. "The Spirit of Ashley Hall" Completes Record-Setting Transatlantic Voyage

"The Spirit of Ashley Hall” has successfully landed on White Island, part of the Isles of Scilly, located near the southwest English coastline! A 5-foot unmanned ocean sailing vessel assembled by Ashley Hall sixth graders, the MiniBoat was launched April 24, spent 118 days crossing the Atlantic, and set data collection records!
