A message from WVACRAO President Kyle Patrick:

"We are so excited to have you join us for the 2025 WVACRAO Conference, this year's conference takes place from 08/27-08/29 at Oglebay Resort in Wheeling, WV. The cost to attend this year's conference is $150 per person, please note that each person attending must fill out their own registration (group registration based on institutions is not allowed). This form serves as your official registration, all conference registrants will be sent an invoice to pay their $150 registration fee. Oglebay is offering conference attendees a special rate for the conference, please reserve your room using the link sent in the original invite email. Conference agenda and other details will be sent out as we get closer to the date, if you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out to me."

Long time no see WVACRAO! We’re looking to reinvigorate our social media presence, but we need your help! We’d like to begin by showcasing some of our incredible members through a Member Spotlight series.

Now, here’s where we need your help! While we make an effort to get to know each other on the road and at the conference, we certainly don’t know everyone. If you would like to nominate someone to be featured in our Member Spotlight series, please send us a private message with the following:
• Nominee Name
• Nominee Title
• Nominee Place of Employment
• A brief statement describing why they should be showcased

Additionally, as we begin sharing more on social media, if there’s anything you think we should be featuring please message us with your ideas! We can’t wait to collaborate with you.
