Our 3 & 4-year-old classroom has been hard at work practicing one of the most exciting early-learning milestones — writing their own names! 🥰📝

Name writing may look like a simple activity, but our little learners are building so many important skills along the way: letter recognition, pencil control, fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, confidence, and kindergarten readiness! 📚✨

We are so proud of the focus and determination they showed today. Every traced letter, every pencil stroke, and every attempt is another step toward becoming confident young learners. 💙

At New Beginning Learning Academy, we believe learning starts early — and we love watching our children grow a little more every day! 🌱🎓

A very special THANK YOU to Mear Mae’s Meadow for welcoming the children of New Beginning Learning Academy and giving them such a wonderful hands-on gardening experience! 💚

Our kids had so much fun getting outside, getting their hands a little dirty, and learning about gardening, plants, and how things grow. 🌱🌼🪴

We especially want to thank the wonderful lady who took the time to teach our children, answer their questions, and make the experience so much fun for them. Your patience and kindness did not go unnoticed! ❤️

At New Beginning Learning Academy, we believe some of the BEST learning happens when children get the opportunity to experience something for themselves. These are the kinds of memories and lessons they’ll carry with them long after summer is over. ☀️

As the new school year gets underway, we want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to Mary C. Snow Elementary, Edgewood Elementary, and Dunbar Intermediate for welcoming New Beginning Learning Academy to your Open House events! 🏫📚✏️

We truly appreciated the opportunity to meet so many wonderful parents and families, pass out our flyers and car fresheners, give away a few book bags 🎒, and most importantly, talk with families about their childcare and after-school care needs.

Being part of our community means so much more to us than simply providing childcare. We want to be a resource for our families and support our children from the classroom to after school and beyond. ❤️

Our kiddos enjoyed a home-style meal of meatloaf, creamy mac & cheese made with whole-grain elbow noodles, and seasoned greens! 😋

We believe childcare is about more than learning and play — it’s also about making sure our children are fed, cared for, and fueled for their busy day. ❤️

Yesterday’s lunch and dinner at New Beginning Learning Academy was Chicken Parmesan — and judging by how quickly those plates were cleared, we’d say it was a HIT! 😋👏

We love being able to provide our children with warm, filling meals while creating a place where they can learn, play, grow, and feel at home. 💙💛
