Singing is good for you. Singing with others may be even better. Studies have linked singing in a choir to reducing stress hormones, increasing immune-boosting cytokines and stimulating memory for people with dementia.

Several studio members are performing with the Charleston Coastal Choir this Friday at 5pm. If you’re local & want to attend, no tickets are required. Over the past week students have had lessons in England, Germany, New York, Rhode Island, Virginia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, and Colorado. Students have had lessons at home, in cars, at relatives’ homes, at friends’ homes, in backyards, and on vacation. Students have safely had lessons with colds, viruses, covid, and while 100% healthy. All because lessons are taught virtually. How cool is that?! It was a busy week - thanks for taking me along on your adventures! I am thankful for ALL of you!

This past month students have had lessons in Germany, Aruba, Maine, Manhattan, Pittsburgh, Rhode Island, Virginia, South Carolina, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Oklahoma, San Antonio, Colorado, LA, and Seattle. Students have had lessons in cars, in swimming suits poolside, in hotel rooms, in backyards, in grandparents’ houses, on vacation, and at home. Students have had lessons while quarantined with covid & while 100% healthy. It’s been a busy month - thanks for taking me along on your adventures!

Online lessons are a wonderful thing!
