Hi Res Life! Thanks for all you do to create a family and a community for life!
Thank you for all that you do to take care of our kids!
Do you know when we can expect move in appointment times? Planning moms are so curious 😃
Any idea when we can expect to get our move in time for freshman? And any guidelines there may be such as how many people can help the student, how long of a window to move in, do parents leave right after or do they stay for any activities...that type of thing?
When is Sumner Session 2 move in date for the students returning to CSU considering classes are supposed to start June 29th??
Who do I need to talk to about changing the time for room check out? I have emailed to both the site set up to check in and the resident life email. I have not heard back from either one.
I have a question about the room selection. My daughter is currently in a private room. How do we select a private room in the room selection process?
Hot Wings contest --- TONIGHT!
Need a room? If you are a current CSU student but do not have housing please complete the upperclassmen housing application: https://goo.gl/forms/H3cSTtGIwplaPujy1 (New and transfer students please see your enrollment counselor for your housing application)

Students, please take a few moments to read the message from Dean Carter above! You’ll also see this message posted throughout campus buildings and in the residence halls. It is essential that we all do our part to maintain the health and wellness of ourselves and each other. ⁣

At this point in time, individuals not abiding by the #BUCSAFE pledge- the policies and procedures put in place to help keep our community safe and well, will be asked to “remain off campus until risks associated with the pandemic are reduced to the point that our policies can change.” ⁣

We want you here and we know you want to be here, too! Let’s all do our part to stay safe and well. ⁣

[08/24/20]   Want to change rooms? At the beginning of the semester, after the end of the drop/add period, students are given the opportunity to change rooms and/or roommates.

Students must stay in their assigned rooms. Residents should not stay in any other room, other than the one they have been assigned. You may request to change rooms using the room change request form found on MyCSU > ResLife > Resident Resources

Room change requests must be submitted after the first week of the semester and prior to the last two weeks of the semester. You must receive permission from your Residence Life Coordinator prior to switching rooms.

PLEASE NOTE: Residents who choose to move into a new room type or tier option will incur the full cost of the more expensive of the two/higher rate for the semester. Moving into a lower tier after the drop/add period ends will not result in a lower housing cost.

We know your time is valuable, which is why we created the CSC ServiceWorks Service App. Use it to report out of order machines, and get back to your day faster! Simply download the app, use the app to scan the license plate on the machine, select the issue from a drop down menu, and hit submit.

Please report report any issue you see. We would like to keep the washers and dryers in good working order for you, but we can’t fix it if we don’t know about it. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

CSU's Return to Campus Guide

In continuous, strategic preparation for our campus return, the University Pandemic Task Force has recommended policies and procedures to help mitigate the risk of COVID-19 for our CSU Family. Each decision is influenced by research and guidance from a variety of agencies including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC), specifically as it relates to their guidelines for higher education institutions.

Your should have received an email with a link to the guide as well as some other pertinent information. If you did not receive it or if you would like to review the content, please go to https://conta.cc/2D9hOGK.

Information includes the thorough Return to Campus Guide, a link to this week's BUCSAFE Town Hall, steps to prepare for the fall, and a link to some great FAQs for students (and their families).
Go Bucs! And remember, be #BUCSAFE.
