EIU Panhellenic Council 9 Chapters, 1 Sisterhood ✨🤍🌷
Go Greek! We appreciate your interest in Greek Life at EIU. We are so proud of our 9 Panhellenic chapters that call Eastern home.

Whether you are hoping to find life-long friendships, networking connections in future professional endeavors, leadership opportunities, or help from older sisters academically, it can be provided to you through any of the outstanding chapters here. Joining Greek life is a wonderful way to make the campus seem smaller. Each chapter is unique but the same in that it has wonderful, life changing opportunities waiting for you!

WALK A MILE! 👠🥳🤍

Strutting for a cause! October is National Domestic Violence Awareness Month. In honor of raising awareness and funds, the Panhellenic Council wanted to hold the first ever “Walk a Mile” relay race as our philanthropy event this year. With the help of our Greek community, we are excited to announce we raised $350! All proceeds will be donated to HOPE of East Central Illinois, which is an advocacy center that provides services such as shelter, legal advocacy, and counseling referring to those who have been affected in our local community.

Congratulations to Alpha Gamma Delta for winning the relay race! Thank you to everyone who participated and everyone who came to watch! We can’t wait to see all the teams that participate next year!

PANTHERS AGAINST HAZING 💪💜

Real sisterhood isn’t created through pressure, intimidation, or embarrassment. You should not have to earn your place by being humiliated. Sisterhood should make you feel safe, supported and included. This National Hazing Prevention Week, and every week, pledge to speak up, look out for one another and create an uplifting chapter culture.
