The ACA of Charleston FALL PICNIC was an absolute blast! ☀️

It was a beautiful day filled with bouncing away in the jump castle, face painting by our amazing 8th graders, playing fun and interactive games, sharing delicious pizza and cooling down with Kona Ice 🍧 Every single moment was packed with excitement!

Thank you to all of the wonderful families who came out, provided the birthday bounce house, and made the afternoon so special. It’s days like this that remind us how lucky we are to be part of such an amazing school community. ❤️

National Hispanic Heritage Month is Sept 15- Oct 15 and ACA of Charleston is proud to join the celebration! 🇨🇷 🇸🇻 🇬🇹 🇭🇳 🇳🇮 🇲🇽 🇨🇱 🇵🇷 🇩🇴 🇨🇴 🇪🇨 🇵🇪 🇻🇪 🇦🇷

This year's national theme is "Pioneers of Change: Shaping the Future Together."
Our students and staff are excited to honor the rich histories, diverse cultures, and incredible contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans who have shaped our communities and our world.

📚 What’s Happening at ACA:

Exploring Leaders: Students are diving into the lives and impact of notable Hispanic scientists, artists, athletes and writers.

Creative Learning: ACA students are creatively coloring pictures while learning firsthand about these important figures' accomplishments and contributions.

We invite all of our families to share in the celebration! Let’s learn, honor, and grow together.

🙏 What a blessing this WEEK OF PRAYER has been. 🙏

It has been such a joy to worship and fellowship as we all learn to love and forgive just as He does.

“Bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you."
Luke 6:28 📖✨

Thank you, Pastor Evelina, for worshiping with ACA of Charleston this week!

Creative Minds in action! 🧩

The ACA STEAM Buddies teamed up for an awesome, hands-on engineering and art challenge: Snap Cube Art!

Older and younger students worked hand-in-hand to turn math links into pixel art, intricate shapes, and 3D masterpieces.

Why We Love STEAM Buddy Activities:

Peer Mentorship: Older students build leadership and communication skills while guiding their younger buddies.

Spatial Reasoning & Math: Counting, patterning, and spatial awareness come to life through building.

Collaborative Problem Solving: Students share ideas, troubleshoot structures, and celebrate their combined success.

We love seeing these cross-grade friendships grow through hands-on learning.
