The Buist HOSA team recently returned from an incredible experience at the HOSA International Leadership Conference in Indianapolis. We are extremely proud of our students for earning the opportunity to attend this prestigious event.

During the conference, students expanded their knowledge of HOSA, developed leadership skills, and connected with fellow students from across the United States and around the world. One of the highlights of the conference was trading pins, a long-standing HOSA tradition that allowed students to share experiences and build friendships with participants from different regions and cultures.

The conference provided valuable learning opportunities, unforgettable memories, and inspiration for future healthcare leaders. We are excited to see our Buist HOSA members bring their new knowledge, experiences, and enthusiasm back to our school community. Congratulations to our outstanding HOSA team for representing Buist Academy with pride and excellence!

Congratulations to our 5th grade students for an outstanding presentation of their PYP IB Exhibition projects! Students spent time researching important topics, selecting causes that can positively impact the world around us, and confidently sharing their learning with families and guests. Their creativity, critical thinking, and passion for making a difference were truly inspiring.

Following the presentations, students were honored with promotion certificates as they celebrate the completion of their elementary years and prepare for the exciting transition to middle school. We are so proud of all they have accomplished and look forward to seeing their continued success in the years ahead!
