Brooklyn Rising and Sydney Worrall represented MUSC's American Pharmacists Association student chapter at the Summer Leadership Institute in Washington, D.C.! On Capitol Hill, they met with their congressional representatives, connected with student pharmacists from across the country, and advocated for our profession.

Brian Clark (MUSC '97) describes association management pharmacy as "when you operate pharmacy professional organizations that help advance the practice and science of pharmacy through a professional membership organization."
He has led that advancement as CEO of the South Carolina Pharmacy Association, where he champions statewide advocacy and professional development efforts. Brian's work highlights the lasting impact a future association management pharmacist can have on the profession.
