Back to school means new classrooms, new teachers, new challenges, and sometimes a few nerves.

One of our favorite things to watch at True Force is a student slowly become more confident in themselves.

Standing a little taller. Speaking a little louder. Being willing to try something hard without being afraid to fail.

That’s the kind of confidence we’re working on every time they step onto the mat.

Here’s to a confident start to the new school year!

Yes, we teach martial arts.

But we’re also teaching students how to listen when someone is speaking, respond with respect, work through frustration, set goals, and keep trying when something doesn’t come easily.

The kicks, forms, sparring and belts are the vehicle.

The person we’re helping them become is the real goal.

📚 The Back to School Month Starts Now

Summer was full of vacations, late nights, and making memories. Now it’s time to get back into routines—and there’s no better routine than martial arts.

At True Force Martial Arts, we don’t just teach kicks and punches. Every class helps students develop:

Surprised? By this girl? Never. Ms. Josie is the most genuine forms of True Heart to ever make into our school. We are so proud of her and everything she has accomplished. She is well over her goal of $500 and is now aiming at $1000!

Moms make the world go around. And that is no different here in our TFMA world. Whether it’s event planning, window decorating, question answering, or just making sure things get done. Ms. Mom is the linchpin in it all.

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month, and it’s a time to stand together, raise awareness, and empower one another. 💜

At True Force Martial Arts, we believe that confidence, awareness, and preparation can make a real difference.

This Saturday at 12:00 PM, we’re hosting a FREE Ladies Self-Defense Seminar for ages 16+.

This seminar will cover:
• Situational awareness & prevention
• Boundary setting & verbal defense
• Simple, effective self-defense techniques
• Building confidence in high-stress situations

This is a safe, supportive environment—no experience needed. Bring a friend, family member, or come on your own.
