At The Caf, we want everyone to have options and feel confident about what’s on their plate.
Our True Balance station serves meals prepared without the top nine major food allergens and gluten, with dedicated equipment, storage and utensils to help reduce the risk of cross-contact.
Our Stress Less Zone offers gluten-free breads, bagels, buns, muffins, cookies and more, along with a dedicated gluten-free toaster.

Today, I made a stop at True Balance for tender roast beef from Eve before heading over to Achieve for creamy mashed potatoes, seasoned green beans, and a cornbread muffin.
One of the best things about dining at the Caf is that you can mix and match your favorites from different stations to build the perfect plate.
